Ingredients
  

Bread Pudding Base
  • 6 cups day-old bread, cubed French or brioche works best
  • 4 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
Topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream for serving
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Bread Pudding
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve
  1. Allow the bread pudding to cool slightly before serving.
  2. Top each serving with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
