Prepare the Bread Pudding
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve
- Allow the bread pudding to cool slightly before serving.
- Top each serving with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
