Prepare the Bread Pudding
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Add the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the cubed bread until fully coated with the milk mixture. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve
- Allow the bread pudding to cool slightly before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon before serving.
