Ingredients
  

Bread Pudding Base
  • 6 cups day-old bread cubed
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
Topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream for serving
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon for dusting

Method
 

Prepare the Bread Pudding
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Add the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cubed bread until fully coated with the milk mixture. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve
  1. Allow the bread pudding to cool slightly before serving.
  2. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon before serving.

Notes
