Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Boursin Cheese
  • 150 grams Boursin cheese Garlic & herb flavor recommended
Herb Crust
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Using a knife, make a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with Boursin cheese.
Make the Herb Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Spoon the herb crust mixture over the stuffed chicken breasts, pressing down gently to adhere.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
