Method
Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Make the Sauce
- In a bowl, mix together the sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Combine and Cook
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve over rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
