Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
Filling
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet and spicy pepper jelly store-bought or homemade
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes, then peel and slice in half lengthwise.
Make the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pepper jelly, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs
  1. Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped chives for garnish.
