  • 3 pounds beef brisket trimmed
BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Liquid
  • 1 cup beef broth

Preparation
  1. Mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Rub this spice mixture all over the brisket.
  2. Place the brisket in the slow cooker. Pour the beef broth around the brisket.
  3. Pour the BBQ sauce over the brisket, ensuring it is well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the brisket is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
Serving
  1. Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  2. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side and your choice of sides.
