Method
Prepare the Brisket
- Trim excess fat from the brisket and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar.
Mix the Sauce
- In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
Slow Cook
- Place the seasoned brisket in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
Serve
- Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve on buns with coleslaw if desired.
