Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 3 pounds beef brisket trimmed
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Spices
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Optional
  • 1 bun burger buns for serving
  • 1 cup coleslaw for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Brisket
  1. Trim excess fat from the brisket and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar.
Mix the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
Slow Cook
  1. Place the seasoned brisket in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
Serve
  1. Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve on buns with coleslaw if desired.
