Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Lamb chops about 1 inch thick

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grill the Lamb Chops
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
  3. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
