Prepare the Mojito
- In a pitcher, combine the fresh pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Add the fresh mint leaves to the mixture and gently muddle them with a muddler to release their flavor.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pineapple coconut mixture over the ice.
- Top each glass with chilled sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and serve immediately.
