Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
Cheese and Cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
Seasonings
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For Serving
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 bag sliced baguette

Method
 

Cook the Meat and Vegetables
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced ribeye steak, diced onion, and green bell pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Prepare the Dip Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked meat and vegetable mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
Bake the Dip
  1. Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips and sliced baguette for dipping.
