Cheese Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp
Jelly
  • 1 cup pepper jelly red or green
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cheese Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and well combined.
Add Pepper Jelly
  1. Gently fold in the pepper jelly until evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.
Serve
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
  2. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
