Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 cup jelly your choice of flavor
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk whole or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup baking powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, jelly, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter and water until just combined.
Assemble the Cobbler
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the peanut butter filling into a greased baking dish. Spoon the topping over the filling, spreading it evenly.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Serve
  1. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
