Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and corn muffin mix.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- If desired, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
