Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and corn muffin mix.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. If desired, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
