Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Layers
  • 4 pieces matzo broken into pieces
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Cake
  1. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture at the bottom of the loaf pan.
  2. Dip pieces of matzo in chocolate syrup and layer them on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
Chill
  1. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Serve
  1. Once set, slice the cake and serve chilled.

Notes
