Prepare the Hot Honey
- In a small bowl, combine honey and red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble the Sandwich
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer cheddar cheese, beef, bacon, apple slices, and more cheddar cheese. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
Grill the Sandwich
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
Serve
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet and drizzle with the hot honey mixture. Cut in half and serve immediately.
