Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sliders
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into thin cutlets
  • 8 slices bacon cooked until crispy
  • 4 slider buns slider buns toasted
  • 1 cup leafy romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Mustard Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. On each toasted slider bun, place a grilled chicken cutlet, followed by two slices of bacon, a handful of shredded lettuce, and a slice of tomato. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce and top with the other half of the bun.
