Carrots
  • 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into sticks
Honey Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme fresh or dried

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Coating Carrots
  1. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the honey garlic butter mixture.
Baking
  1. Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
