  • 1 package pie crust store-bought or homemade
Filling
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in the pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Make the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and spinach until evenly distributed.
Bake the Quiche
  1. Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
