Ingredients
  

Cheese and Base
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 oz pimentos drained and chopped
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and chopped pimentos.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Using an electric mixer, blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
  1. Transfer the pimento cheese to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
