Ingredients
  

Cheese
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
Vegetables
  • 1 jar Pimentos Drained and chopped
  • 1 small Green Onion Chopped
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce Optional
Spices
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the chopped pimentos and green onion to the cheese mixture.
  3. Stir in the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce if using.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Serve
  1. Transfer the pimento cheese to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
