Ingredients
  

Cheese and Spices
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pimentos drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Mixing the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the chopped pimentos, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Using a hand mixer or spatula, mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer the pimento cheese to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
