Prepare the Quesadilla
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Spread melted butter on one side of each tortilla.
- On the unbuttered side of one tortilla, layer chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Top with another tortilla, buttered side up.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas and filling.
Cook the Quesadilla
- Place the quesadilla on the preheated griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are gooey.
- Remove from the griddle and let cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
