Prepare the Quesadilla
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Spread melted butter on one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla, buttered side down, on the griddle.
- Layer half of the tortilla with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Top with another tortilla, buttered side up.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip carefully using a spatula.
- Cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the griddle and let cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
