Ingredients
  

Quesadilla Filling
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Quesadilla
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. Spread melted butter on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Place one tortilla, buttered side down, on the griddle.
  4. Layer half of the tortilla with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Top with another tortilla, buttered side up.
  6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip carefully using a spatula.
  7. Cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden and the chocolate is melted.
  8. Remove from the griddle and let cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
