Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.
Assemble the Quesadilla
- Take one flour tortilla and spread a thin layer of melted butter on one side.
- On the unbuttered side, evenly distribute a portion of the filling mixture.
- Top with another flour tortilla, buttered side up.
Cook the Quesadilla
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Place the assembled quesadilla on the griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the griddle and let cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
Serve
- Serve warm with extra chocolate or marshmallows on the side if desired.
