- In another bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, salt, and any optional ingredients like spinach and cheddar cheese.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into bars.
