  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whipped topping thawed
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 1 cup milk cold
Topping
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut for garnish
  • 1 cherry maraschino cherry for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and instant vanilla pudding mix.
  2. Add the cold milk and whisk until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Assemble and Serve
  1. Transfer the fluff mixture into a serving dish and smooth the top.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  3. Before serving, garnish with toasted coconut and a maraschino cherry on top.
