Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thawed if frozen
Filling
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Swiss
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Optional
  • 1 egg Egg For egg wash

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced ham, shredded cheese, and mustard (if using). Mix well.
Prepare the Pastry
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Cut the pastry into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.
Assemble the Puffs
  1. Place a spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  2. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
Bake
  1. Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
