Ingredients
  

Zucchini
  • 4 medium Zucchini Cut into thick slices
Garlic Butter
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Garlic Butter
  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Prepare the Zucchini
  1. Thread zucchini slices onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Grill the Skewers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the zucchini skewers with the garlic butter mixture.
  2. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, you can marinate the zucchini in the garlic butter mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
