Prepare the Garlic Butter
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Prepare the Zucchini
- Thread zucchini slices onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Grill the Skewers
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the zucchini skewers with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Serve
- Remove from the grill, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
