Ingredients
  

Main Course
  • 1 whole ham about 6-8 lbs, bone-in
  • 1 cup brown sugar for glaze
  • 1/2 cup honey for glaze
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard for glaze
  • 1 cup pineapple juice for glaze
Side Dish
  • 4 large potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream for scalloped potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable Medley
  • 2 cups asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup peas fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for roasting
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Dessert
  • 1 cup granulated sugar for tart filling
  • 3 large eggs for tart filling
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice for tart filling
  • 1 pre-made pie crust for tart
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Ham
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and pineapple juice to create the glaze.
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze over the surface. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake for about 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes, until heated through.
Make Scalloped Potatoes
  1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until simmering.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes in a baking dish, pouring cream mixture over each layer. Top with cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
Prepare Vegetable Medley
  1. Toss asparagus, carrots, and peas with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes until tender.
Make Lemon Tart
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until set.
  3. Let cool, then garnish with lemon zest before serving.
