Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast Sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves Torn
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze For drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For grilling
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil on the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
Assemble the Flatbreads
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Layer each flatbread with sliced chicken, fresh mozzarella, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove the flatbreads from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing and serving.
