Method
Prepare the Egg Filling
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Sliders
- Spread a generous amount of the egg filling on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with crumbled bacon, a slice of tomato, and a leaf of romaine lettuce.
- Place the top half of the slider bun on each assembled slider.
Serve
- Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately.
