A delicious twist on the classic BLT, these devilled egg sliders combine creamy egg filling with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato, all served on slider buns.

Ingredients
  

Egg Filling
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
BLT Components
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce washed and dried
  • 8 mini slider buns toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Egg Filling
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Spread a generous amount of the egg filling on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  2. Top with crumbled bacon, a slice of tomato, and a leaf of romaine lettuce.
  3. Place the top half of the slider bun on each assembled slider.
Serve
  1. Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

These sliders are best served fresh but can be prepared a few hours in advance. Store the egg filling separately until ready to assemble.
