These Devilled BLT Egg Sliders combine the classic flavors of a BLT with creamy devilled eggs, served on mini slider buns for a delicious twist.

Ingredients
  

Egg Filling
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish
BLT Components
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 8 mini slider buns toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Place the hard-boiled eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, peel them, and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chives until smooth.
  4. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. On the bottom half of each slider bun, place a layer of shredded lettuce.
  2. Add a slice of tomato and a few pieces of crumbled bacon.
  3. Top with a devilled egg half and place the top half of the bun on.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders are best served fresh but can be prepared in advance. Store the egg filling separately and assemble just before serving.
