Ingredients
  

For the Devilled Eggs
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
For the Sliders
  • 8 mini slider buns soft
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup leafy lettuce washed and torn
  • 1 medium tomato sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Devilled Eggs
  1. Place the hard-boiled eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain and cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Slice the slider buns in half and layer the bottom half with leafy lettuce.
  2. Place a devilled egg half on top of the lettuce, followed by crumbled bacon and a slice of tomato.
  3. Top with the other half of the slider bun and serve immediately.

Notes

These sliders are best served fresh but can be prepared in advance. Store the devilled eggs in the refrigerator until ready to assemble.
