Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
Herbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the cucumbers and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  2. Garnish with chopped basil and serve immediately.
