Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced
Cheese
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cubed
Herbs
  • 1 cup fresh basil chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground, to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and cube the mozzarella.
  2. Chop the fresh basil leaves.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Combine the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, cubed mozzarella, and chopped basil.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
