Ingredients
  

Fries
  • 4 medium Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for tossing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Topping
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Fries
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake the Fries
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Add Toppings
  1. In the last 5 minutes of baking, add minced garlic on top of the fries.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
