Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into fries
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil for tossing
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Season and Bake
  1. Drain and pat the fries dry with a towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can double fry the potatoes by frying them in hot oil for a few minutes before baking.
