Method
Cook the Pasta
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the chicken is heated.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese.
