Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Fettuccine or any pasta of choice
Chicken
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
Sauce
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
