  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until just combined.
Bake the Bread
  1. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
