Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 1 large egg
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Batter
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, milk, and egg until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Bake the Bread
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
