Pasta
  • 12 oz Penne pasta Uncooked
Chicken
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded
Sauce
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped green onions For topping

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
  2. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
