Base
  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese Low-fat or regular
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For topping
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 cup Olives Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and pizza sauce until well mixed.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
  3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
