  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey for sweetness

  • 1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 banana sliced for topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream optional, for serving
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers.
Refrigerate
