Fruits
  • 2 cups red grapes halved
  • 2 medium apples diced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved grapes and diced apples.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat. Add mini marshmallows and mix lightly.
