Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 1 lb Ground beef Cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Pickles Chopped
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Mustard
Topping
  • 4 cups Frozen French fries Oven-ready
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded

Method
 

Prepare the Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with cheddar cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add the Toppings
  1. Layer the frozen French fries evenly over the beef mixture.
  2. Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top of the French fries.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
