  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded carrots, raisins, and crushed pineapple.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture and stir until well combined.
