Ingredients
  

Chocolate Shell
  • 200 grams milk chocolate chopped
  • 50 grams dark chocolate chopped
Creme Filling
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 50 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon yellow food coloring optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chocolate Shell
  1. Melt the milk and dark chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each cavity of the silicone mold, using a brush or spoon to coat the sides. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Make the Creme Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and yellow food coloring. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Remove the chocolate shells from the freezer and fill each cavity with the creme filling, leaving a little space at the top.
Seal and Chill
  1. Cover the filling with the remaining melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully sealed. Return to the freezer for another 20 minutes to set completely.
  2. Once set, gently remove the Cadbury Creme Bites from the mold.
