Method
Prepare the Chocolate Shell
- Melt the milk and dark chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each cavity of the silicone mold, using a brush or spoon to coat the sides. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Make the Creme Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and yellow food coloring. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Remove the chocolate shells from the freezer and fill each cavity with the creme filling, leaving a little space at the top.
Seal and Chill
- Cover the filling with the remaining melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully sealed. Return to the freezer for another 20 minutes to set completely.
- Once set, gently remove the Cadbury Creme Bites from the mold.
