Method
Prepare the Chocolate Shell
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each cavity of the silicone mold, using a spatula to spread it evenly along the sides.
- Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
Make the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Remove the chocolate shell from the refrigerator and fill each cavity with the cream filling, leaving a little space at the top.
Seal and Chill
- Cover the filling with the remaining melted chocolate, ensuring it is sealed completely.
- Return the mold to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes until fully set.
Serve
- Once set, gently remove the Cadbury Creme Bites from the mold and serve chilled.
