  • 1 lb ground lamb preferably grass-fed
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth or beef broth
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Lamb and Potatoes
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground lamb and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, cover the skillet, and let simmer for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow excess liquid to evaporate.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
